Editor note — owner verification required Draft for Dylan’s verification against the actual quote form and GoHighLevel data handling. Do not publish until confirmed. Anything below that doesn’t match the real setup must be corrected first.

What the quote form collects and why

When you send a project inquiry, Reform Home Co. receives the details you choose to share — your name, contact information, project location, the kind of work you’re considering, your description of the project, and any timing or budget notes you include. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss whether your project is a fit. It isn’t used for marketing lists, and your personal information is not sold.

Photos you send

Photos are sent voluntarily and are used to understand your space before a conversation or site visit. Only send photos you’re comfortable sharing, and don’t include anything you wouldn’t want someone to see.

How long information is kept

Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any project that follows. If you’d like your information removed, ask at any time — contact details are listed on the contact page.

This website

This site doesn’t ask for anything beyond what you put in the form. If analytics or tracking tools are added later, they will be listed here once confirmed.

Editor note — before launch Confirm with Dylan/Sean: (1) exact data storage and retention in GoHighLevel, (2) who can see submitted inquiries, (3) whether any analytics, cookies, or third-party embeds are in use. Add them here before removing this note.

Have a project in mind?

Send a few photos, tell me what you’d like to change, and share any inspiration you’ve saved. That gives us a useful place to start.
